User Data Deletion Agreement

This User Data Deletion Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Accdy Media ("Company") and the user ("User") who utilizes the Company's services. This Agreement outlines the process and conditions under which the User's personal data will be deleted from the Company's systems.

1. Data Deletion Request

The User may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Company through the designated channels provided on the Company's website or within the user account settings.

2. Scope of Data Deletion

Upon receiving a data deletion request, the Company will delete the following types of personal data:

• Name and contact information (e.g., email address, phone number)
• Account credentials and settings
• Financial information (e.g., payment details)
• Usage data and activity logs

3. Data Deletion Timeline

The Company will initiate the data deletion process within 30 days of receiving the User's request. The complete deletion of data may take up to 60 days to ensure that all instances of the data are removed from the active and backup systems.

4. Exceptions

Certain data may not be deleted if it is required to be retained by law or if it is necessary for the resolution of disputes, enforcement of agreements, or compliance with legal obligations. In such cases, the User will be informed of the specific data that will be retained and the reasons for its retention.

5. Confirmation of Deletion

Once the data deletion process is completed, the Company will provide the User with a confirmation notice. This notice will serve as an acknowledgment that the User's personal data has been successfully deleted from the Company's systems.

6. User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for ensuring that they have downloaded or saved any data they wish to retain before requesting deletion. The Company will not be responsible for any data loss resulting from the deletion process.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The User will be notified of any significant changes to the terms of this Agreement.
